The Africa Rainbow Resort

BY EDMUND SMITH-ASANTE
Located a walking distance (before) from the widely known Busua Beach Resort is this one building resort with an intriguing name - African Rainbow Resort. Whenever the bigger Busua Beach Resort is overbooked you can always count on Africa Rainbow with its large Africa designed airy rooms.

One of the musts of life is for everyone to be able to save something from all his/her toils and get a good relaxation or vacation once in a while.

One wonderful place on planet earth in Ghana is the Busua Beach Resort, Busua, near Takoradi in the Western Region.
A chalet you would definitely love
The beautiful landscape and row of chalets at the resort
Hmm! What lushness and beauty!

When you get there, you will realise that indeed "You did not come this far for nothing" as the Resort's slogan goes.

Dodi Island

A busy Dodi Island

The famous and yet very empty Dodi Island. Hope the island will be made livelier with some structures for the tourist before long.

Aha!

When Highlands and Water meet the effect is astounding!

There are times when a breathtaking view just lets you come out with a soft moan - Aha! This is one of them taken on the Volta Lake in 2010. Nature is indeed beautiful.

Volta Island

This beautiful but uninhabited small island which I have decided to call Volta Island, can be found right in the middle of Ghana's Volta Lake. My camera lens could not resist this spectacular view.
